EPA K-9 & Investigative Services proposes to provide security services as required to your property interests, located throughout San Diego County.  The security duties include, but are not limited to the following:

•       Interior and exterior patrol of commercial buildings.  EPA K-9 responds to all alarm calls, saving clients from costly citations issued by the police for false alarms.

•       Assistance in Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, safety, and crowd control when emergency situations occur.

•       Endeavor to provide protection to property including but not limited to; protection from injury, loss, and damage relating to sabotage altercations and/or malicious mischief and shall permit only authorized personnel and/or residents.

•       Investigate and report any and all unusual incident hazards and violations of regulations, rules, laws, or policies to the management.

•       Perform and enforce all parking policies and regulations, including ticketing, citing, and towing of all vehicles in violation.

•       Respond to resident generated complaints of; noise, drug trafficking, suspicious activities, and unwanted persons on property.

•      EPA K-9 will serve; 3 day notices, service of eviction notices, and service of any request from management concerning safety or security issues.
